Gulf Coast Event Services has been outfitting conventions, trade shows, and corporate events in the Baton Rouge area since the early 1990s. Our warehouse and offices are at 11314 Cloverland Ave Ste B, which means our crew, our inventory, and our trucks are already in town on show day. There is no travel surcharge, no waiting on a shipment from another state, and no scrambling when an exhibitor needs something at the last minute.
That matters more than it sounds. Most of what goes wrong at a trade show goes wrong during setup or in the hours right before doors open — a booth that needs moving, a sponsor sign that arrived wrong, an exhibitor who booked a bigger footprint than they told anyone. Being local is what lets us fix those things the same morning instead of the next day.

We are a general services contractor, so one order covers the whole floor rather than five vendors coordinating with each other.
Pipe & Drape
Booth backwalls, siderails, room dividers, and stage surrounds in a range of heights. Stocked in Black, Blue, Burgundy, Carolina Blue, Gold, Green, Purple, Red, Silver, and White — enough inventory on hand for a full exhibit hall, not just a few booths.
Event Carpeting
Aisle carpet, booth carpet, and wall-to-wall coverage in Black, Blue, Green, Red, and Silver. We have carpeted floors as large as the New Orleans Superdome, so a Baton Rouge ballroom or exhibit hall is well within our range.
Signage & Lettering
Entrance banners, registration and wayfinding signs, booth identification, and sponsor recognition panels — produced and installed by the same crew that builds the floor.
Exhibitor Kits & Online Ordering
Your exhibitors order their own booth furnishings through an online kit, and we handle expo shipping and material handling. That takes the single largest source of email off the show organizer's desk.
Setup & Breakdown
Install and dismantle handled end to end, on the venue's dock schedule. We build the floor before doors open and clear it once the show closes, so neither end lands on your team.
Crowd Control & Power
Stanchions and barriers to keep queues orderly, plus an electrical department that powers everything from corporate food shows to state fairs.

Since 1990 we have decorated annual conventions, home shows, corporate food shows, state fairs, career fairs, and race expos across south Louisiana — including the Louisiana Marathon Expo here in Baton Rouge. We regularly build shows at the Raising Cane's River Center downtown — the arena, the ballroom, and the exhibition hall — and at LSU's Pete Maravich Assembly Center, the PMAC. Between them, those rooms host a large share of the Capital Region's conventions, expos, career fairs, and consumer shows. We also decorate events at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center in Gonzales, Pennington Biomedical, and the Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel.
Knowing a room in advance is worth more than it sounds: the dock schedule, the freight route in, where the power drops, how early you can get on the floor. It is the difference between a load-in that runs on time and a crew standing around waiting on a door.
